Frequently asked questions

Is reservation required?2024-05-28T16:18:18+00:00

Yes, reservations are required. You can book via the Contact page, specifying the arrival and departure dates and the number of beds you wish to book.

Do CAI and international Alpine Club members enjoy any privileges?2020-08-18T13:49:23+00:00

Yes, economically. As in all Alpine Club huts, members are entitled to discounted prices. For unspecified prices, as per CAI National Regulations, the annual Refuge Tariff applies. For special prices and treatments, contact the Refuge directly.

When does the refuge open and when does it close?2020-08-17T11:37:00+00:00

Indicative dates are opening mid-June and closing at the end of September. In case of favorable weather conditions the period is extended.

Are there showers?2020-08-17T10:24:25+00:00

You can take a shower for € 4.00 with about 14 liters of water, unless there are supply problems. In fact, at Boz water is a precious commodity, present only thanks to the thawing of the snow.

Is it necessary to bring a sleeping bag?2024-05-28T16:15:42+00:00

It is not mandatory, but optional: the beds are equipped with blankets. However, it is advisable to bring your own cotton sheet-sack: you can buy some at the refuge, but they are of the non-woven type.
